What is the difference between the tools and which one should I choose?

Both the Whistleblower Tool and the Legal Complaint tool allow you to report concerns or misconduct. However, each serves a specific purpose:

  • The Whistleblower Line is for general reporting of violations such as corruption, money laundering, breaches of company policies, or ethical misconduct.

  • The Legal Complaint Tool focuses specifically on human rights, environmental harm and due diligence issues within the supply chain, in line with the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG).

If you're unsure which tool to use, feel free to submit your report through either channel. We will ensure that it is forwarded to the appropriate expert, who will follow up with you accordingly.

Legal Complaint Tool and the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG)

The Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG), also known as the German Supply Chain Act, requires companies with 1,000 or more employees to take responsibility for human rights and environmental protection throughout their supply chains. This law mandates due diligence processes to identify, prevent, and mitigate human rights violations and environmental damage in both the company's operations and its supply chain.
